I loved the interview with Trac! If I was the man with money I would make a movie about the 1st generation bboys with Trac as a Consultant.I wish he told some stories about Spy & how they hooked up back then & when did he retire from dancin'. I think you guys should try & get an interview with Spy(The Godfather of all Breakers)& the best of all time. He's good friends with Trac so maybe he could hook you guys up! & it would be very interesting to hear what the Nigger Twins think about Trac's comment about them not being the first bboys. Keep the history comin'y'all! My name is R.O.(peace)

(disclaimer: this comment will be written in a conversational style, hence, devoid of literary structure)ok first of all i definately applaud mane and sake for doin this show. the breaks are dope...and of course they aren't the only ones out there with a internet radio show that rocks breaks, but they throw on ill shit...shit we would rock to no doubt! aight...
now, i have a big problem with these doods sometimes. in this particular show they denegrate they way people talk, how they behave, even dance moves. they "clown" on those who watch BET. and it's not much of a stretch to say that they pretty much don't consider these people as HIP-HOP. i don't think mane and sake are qualified to do so. first of all, most of what they have LEARNED about hip-hop is 2nd, 3rd, 4th-hand. these niggaz don't even break. how can they talk about moves that they don't do? i wouldn't criticize turntablism skills that i can't perform. i freestyle and write rhymes so i can call an emcee WACK or a rapper wack with the ability to battle them as a response. rest assure i been breakin for a while and i can handle minez in the cypher or a battle, no doubt. i practiced graff but i am by no means a graff artist who has gotten-up with and ill style...so how could i call anyone a "toy"?
look, anyone can give their opinion...but for me to respect that opinion, u gotta know the deal...so for mane to clown people who watch BET or those who use certain "urban" lingo is wack. that's not hip-hop to me. why would anyone clown the very people that ARE hip-hop? think about where hip-hop came from? think about the communities where these kids went to skool, played, fought, and created a culture without knowing. if hip-hop started today, maybe turfing and jerking would be the main style of dance. u wouldnt see polyester mocknecks...u'd probably see long baggy t-shirts and oversize hoodies and not track-suits or puma clydes.
TRAC WAS THERE! he can talk about the development of bboying...about his history, about where things came from...he enjoys so you think you can dance...i guarantee you that mane and sake would DISS sytycd if they were asked their opinion.
again, i am not hatin on mane...jussayin, u can't be hip hop and hate on urban kids...because this is where hip hop came from...perhaps you don't participate in the same activities, but if ur stuck in an era that YOU ONLY LEARNED ABOUT AND NEVER EXPERIENCED, who is more authentic??? the BET kids? the cats out there that freestyle just because they love to rap and hope to make it out of their situation? the kids that hit on the street for change and spare cash from on-lookers? or those that do it for the so-called LOVE but do all they can to sell-out the medium size venues and music festivals they perform at? let me ask u this mane...who is more of a BBOY...kid david or an unknown hitter that rocks 3rd street promenade in santa monica or in manhattan? ya'll need to chill...fureal...
but...on the positive...i love the show...keep rockin it...
